Introduction
By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions by The Tipsy Tomato.
Entrance Eligibility
Our Sunday Sessions are open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this criteria and will submit your ID for inspection if required.
The Package
The ticket includes bottomless drinks and food items as noted in the 'Sunday Session' Menu, from 12-2pm. Items not listed on this menu will incur additional charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We ask that any cancellation of your reservation be made no less than 7 days prior. You will be charged the total ticket price at time of booking. Cancellations made before 7 days of the event will receive a full refund (minus administration fees as applicable). Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a refund at our discretion, and we reserve the right not to offer a full or partial refund. No-shows or late arrivals will not be entitled to any refund. If we cancel a Sunday Session, full refunds will be provided to ticket holders.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when purchasing a ticket will be used by The Tipsy Tomato for the purposes of administering the event. Limitation of Liability
The Tipsy Tomato accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by attendees as a result of attending the Event.
General
The Tipsy Tomato reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend these terms and conditions.
